This includes all nappies, wipes, baby food etc. However, parents/carers are asked to provide made up bottles if applicable for babies each day.

All 3 and 4 years old are entitled to 15 hours of FREE Nursery Education Per Week.

This is applicable the school term following their 3rd birthday However, to claim the maximum allowance; it must be taken over at least 3 days. If a child attends for a full morning session of 5 hours (8.00 – 1.00 p.m.), breakfast, mid morning snack & lunch must be paid for separately at a cost of £2.50 per day. Or if attending for a full afternoon session (1.00 – 6.00 p.m.), mid afternoon snack and high tea is charged separately at £1.50 per day. The grant is available for 38 weeks per year only, broken up into 3 terms. A reduction in fees is therefore available for these weeks.

Please note there is a LATE charge levied on all children who are collected later than 6.00 p.m. This is £4.50 per 15 minutes or part thereof.

If both Breakfast and After School Club are booked, a full time place will be reduced to £67.25 per week / £14.60 per day

PLEASE NOTE:

• AN AUTOMATIC late fee of £10.00 WILL be added to all accounts if fees are not paid on day/date due.
• An additional / further £10.00 administration fee WILL be charged if any cheques or direct debit are returned by the bank.
• An additinal / further £10.00 administration fee will also be charged if any fees remain outstanding more than 5 days after they fall due or upon presentation of an invoice.

Care 4 Kids also accept payment using Childcare Vouchers.

You can either ask your Childcare Voucher Provider to pay your vouchers direct or you can pay us with your child care vouchers direct.

This is a government initiative where working parents are entitled to receive up to £243 per month in Childcare Vouchers which will be exempt from Tax and National Insurance.
